Chairman
Mr. Shuster is a petroleum engineer with more than 30 years
experience over a wide spectrum of the oil and gas industry, including major
and independent producing companies as well as service and equipment companies.
His background includes management, engineering, negotiations,
operations, investor relations, and business analysis. Mr. Shuster
has practical knowledge of developing and growing companies and has developed
specialized financing concepts for large projects.
Executive Vice
President and CFO
Mr. Cunningham is a corporate operations and finance
executive with 23 years of business experience. Mr. Cunningham has
served in executive and management positions with Shell Oil, IBM Corporation,
Scholastic Inc., Daqing-Denver, Inc. (a subsidiary of DPAB/China National
Petroleum Corporation) and other micro/mid-cap oil and gas companies.
Vice President,
Administration and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Newton has been with TPC
for almost ten years and has a strong background in Corporate Compliance and
Administration, as well as experience in shareholder affairs and investor
relations.
Director
Mr. McKnight has worked in the finance and investment industry since
1995. Mr. McKnight's experience includes raising capital, management,
research, marketing strategies and public relations with a large client base
including brokers at local Canadian and international firms.
Director
Mr. Swanson brings a wealth of experience to the Board of
TrueStar with over 20 years experience primarily in IT, Operations and Supply
Chain Management. His previous experience includes various management
positions including: Plant Operations, Product Management and Logistics.
Mr. Swanson has a Bachelor degree and an Executive MBA from Colorado
State University.
Consultant
Dr. Charles Kohlhaas is an executive
with over 40 years worldwide experience in the oil and gas industry, including
Belize and Guatemala. Dr. Kohlhaas is familiar with the Company’s assets
in Guatemala and has written extensively on oil and gas issues in foreign
affairs.
