Suit Filed by Eagle Oil & Gas
TrueStar Petroleum Corporation announces that
Eagle Oil & Gas has filed suit in Texas against the Company alleging a
Breach of Promissory Note.
"It is the Companys position that this
note has been satisfied through the 2006 issuance of stock as per the August
23, 2004 agreement with Eagle," stated TrueStar Chairman and CEO Dick
Shuster.
TrueStar has fully disclosed this issue in
its audited financial statements.
