Property Sale Closes
TrueStar Petroleum Corporation announces that
they have closed on the sale of the majority of the assets in the Barnett
Shale, LLC subsidiary, originally announced in the news release of May 27,
2008. Interests in 32 of the 34 wells were sold to Fort Worth based GEV Group.
(Global Energy Partners LP) Two wells were retained by TrueStar pending
resolution of lease assignment issues.
